Tokyo, Japan – October 2021- AMA, a pioneer in assisted reality solutions, editor, and integrator of B2B software solutions for the smart workplace, today announced the opening of a new office in Tokyo, Japan. With already two offices located in the Asia Pacific region (Shanghai and Hong Kong) the expansion will support AMA’s growing APAC customer base. AMA’s global presence now spans 11 offices across Europe, North America, and Asia.

This announcement comes at a time of rapid growth for AMA. The company launched a successful IPO earlier this year to strengthen R&D and sales teams globally and employs 165 people across the different regions.

With its highly secure XpertEye remote collaboration solution, AMA is supporting more than 400 industrial organizations, service providers, and medical institutions in their digital transformation efforts by optimizing remote assistance, simplifying the management of work procedures and instructions, and facilitating online appointments with experts. AMA leverages its solution portfolio within verticals such as transportation, manufacturing, chemicals & pharma, healthcare, audit & consulting addressing the needs of mainly Fortune 1000 global clients.

Frontline workers increasingly require to be connected with the right experts in a matter of seconds to benefit from their expertise in real-time, regardless of their location. As a result, we foresee tremendous growth in the adoption of remote collaboration solutions such as XpertEye in the APAC market, and in particular in Japan,” said Naochika Nemoto, Head of Sales Japan. “We will continue to grow our business, accelerate our position and market share and achieve sales targets,” continued Naochika Nemoto San.
