We offer annual subscriptions that can only be paid upfront by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We do not accept PayPal.

XpertEye licenses are billed annually and upfront by default. We have found that customers who commit to a full year of using XpertEye will better take advantage of all its functionalities and will have more successful remote assistance projects.

If you ever decide that XpertEye isn’t the best remote assistance solution for your business, simply cancel your account. We do not offer refunds.

We take data security very seriously. Our solution is hosted on datacenters that are HIPAA and HDS compliant. They do not store any data and meet all the requirements for sensitive health data transmission. All data (pictures, videos, documents, text, annotations) exchanged during a call are deleted once the XpertEye call is finished. Furthermore, XpertEye uses end-to-end encryption technology for data protection.

All XpertEye users have access to the XpertEye support website https://support.amaxperteye.com/ and will receive assistance from a dedicated project manager for a smooth and successful onboarding process.
